A customer noticed their electricity bills had doubled over the last few months despite no significant changes in the company's electricity usage. They were concerned about potential meter malfunctions or tariff errors. 

We performed a detailed analysis of their electricity usage patterns by reviewing their historical consumption data and comparing it with current readings. We discovered that they were on an outdated tariff plan not suited to their current usage patterns. We provided advice on reducing energy consumption, and assisted the customer in switching to a more economical tariff plan. 

The outcome: a subsequent 30% reduction in electricity bills and improved customer satisfaction.

Another one of our customers faced an unexpected gas disconnection due to a billing dispute with the gas supplier, which threatened to halt business operations during peak hours. 

We provided the customer with an emergency contact point, our team reviewed the billing records and found discrepancies in the invoices that led to the dispute, and we negotiated with the gas supplier to expedite the reconnection process while the billing issue was resolved.

As such, gas supply was restored within a few hours, minimizing operational downtime, and the billing dispute was resolved withing two days, with an apology and correction from the supplier.

A complex was experiencing frequent water supply interruptions and significantly high water bills, causing inconvenience to residents and financial strain on the management committee.

We conducted a comprehensive audit of water usage across the complex and checked the accuracy and functionality of water meters installed in the area.

We coordinated with plumbers to repair leaks, recommended and facilitated water-efficient fixtures, and upgraded outdated water meters to smart meters for accurate monitoring and billing.

As a result, the water bills for the complex were reduced 25% due to decreased wastage and residents experienced a more reliable water supply.
